The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and Right Road Together LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) which operates Mitchellrigie.com, Creativebreakthroughlab.com and may operate other websites.
Program
The Company agrees to provide you with access to the “Creative Breakthrough Lab Membership” (“Program”). As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in our Terms and Conditions Agreement.
Membership Fees
You shall be automatically charged every month until your monthly subscription ends as set forth below.
New Members: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy
As a new member, you are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee period. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your 1st month's membership experience, you may cancel your membership for a full refund of your 1st month's membership fee. Simply notify us by email at [email protected] within 30 days of joining (before your next month's billing date).
Once we receive your cancelation request email, we will issue you a full refund within 3-5 business days to the credit card on file.
Existing Members' Cancelation Policy
The membership program is offered under a monthly subscription. Each subscription automatically renews for successive monthly terms - unless You notify the Company by email at [email protected] at least seven days prior to the end of the then-current subscription term.
Cancellation notice of fewer than seven days for monthly subscriptions shall terminate at the end of the next monthly period. (For example, and not limited, a subscription that begins on May 1st, automatically renews monthly on the first thereafter. Notice of cancellation given on June 26th would result in the cancellation becoming effective at the end of August.) You shall not be charged after cancellation becomes effective.
